Bangladesh is a major agricultural country. The overall development of the country's food security is linked to the development of agricultural. Global climate change is causing unwanted changes in our environment. The use of agricultural land has increased considerable. Industries factories and housing projects have been built and they are using arable land. Natural habitats are being destroyed. Added to this human made environmental pollution of various types has been increased devastatingly. The United Nations has recently declared the period from 2021 to 2030 as the ecosystem restoration decade. In this restoration process, scientists have given more importance to that creation of intensive forestation. Greening the world is more important to save environment. More carbon dioxide emissions in the atmosphere are going to create terrible environment for life. So we the members of Veracity Seedling Co-Operative Society (VSCS) have been tirelessly working for the development of the environment since 1993 till now. We have planted trees in different streets, schools, colleges, mosques, markets, houses of people in Bagha area of Rajshahi District. Our honorable Prime Minister said that a piece of land cannot be kept without cultivation. In that light, we are rising awareness among the people by holding rally, festoons and meeting.
